Fast forward almost a month later after seeking other options (and having our new infant) we called Sean back to our home to revisit our selling options. That night Sean came prepared but did not pull out the papers until we said "let's do it". Let me just reiterate that these days real estate is basically a click away and you can easily overlook the need for an agent. Sean has the network of people you forget are also involved in the process including photographer, lawyers and a list of other professionals to assist in the details of any issues that may arise that only comes with an experienced agent. Later that week the photographer was here taking pictures and quickly after our house was posted on every site I could search. I am the type of person who likes to be forever in the know and Sean was extremely patient and attentive to my needs. He was never more than a phone call away. We had an overwhelming response in the first weekend and Sean was there to help us navigate through the whole process. It's not easy to have to leave your home and allow complete strangers walk through while you are not there. Sean gave us the assurance we needed. At the end of the first weekend of being listed Sean came to our house after our children were asleep to discuss the public response to our listing. A few days after mulling over our options we decided to accept an offer. Keep in mind, at no point did Sean ever makes us feel as if we needed to sign on the dotted line quickly or we would miss out. He gave us the facts and educated my husband and I how to sort through the offers in our best interest and not just what would make us the most! Sure it's easy to say take the highest offer but that's not always the best. We are currently in contract and awaiting the bank to uphold their end of the bargain. However I am more than satisfied and can attest that Sean Green is the only way to go!”
